Good lifting workout plan for runners + upper body workout? - lifting plan

I am a frequent runner and lift weights occasionally. I want to start a training program that goes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, days of heavy lifting, and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as a day. I do weight lifting workout, the strength to concentrate power in the longer run the upper body.

Please help me. I would be glad a link to a good training plan and / or a list of a good plan.
